My roommate has had a regular fortnightly booking with this company.
Their team are regularly late. Despite having a key, they often buzz the intercom and wait outside (even when we're not home).
This week, they've failed to show up 2 days in a row and are completely out of contact.
Despite them having a relatively good service, they're currently very unresponsive and I suspect we'll need to find an alternate cleaner.

I appreciate your dissatisfaction but you are also given a discounted rate for all of your services as this is what you required to take our services hourly rate is £18 an hour you were given a rate of £16. End of Tenancy Cleaning
I booked Justine to clean my Airbnb studio as an ongoing contract. First time turned up an hour late(gave her benefit of doubt) second time Justine arrived 20 minutes before guests due to check in, therefore didn’t have time to clean properly and left the studio unfit for guests.
The guests refused to stay and lost me a 4 night booking.
Not a good experience.

I used Britannia as I was looking for a new cleaner. I wasn’t really happy with my current cleaner as she was unreliable and would cancel last minute. I had a very busy weekend as I was out and also entertaining when my cleaner cancelled. I just didn’t have time to do the housework and was getting stressed as lots of friends coming over. I was so happy when I found Justin as she was so accommodating and managed to fit me in as such short notice to clean my house, I wasn’t sure if I would find someone. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. It was a real bonus as her cleaning was excellent and to a high standard, I didn’t need to go around again like I normally do with the old cleaner. All of our staff at Britannia Housekeeping must wear PPE masks gloves ect 
Hourly cleaning
Hourly cleaning service is £18.00, (minimum callout is two hours)with this service we provide professional products and equipment.
Carpet cleaning
Carpet cleaning service is done with our professional rug doctor carpet cleaning machine, our minimum callout fee is £145
This covers one flight of stears one landing. (additional rooms are £30 each.)
End of Tenancy clean
End of tenancy cleans cover all skirting boards door frames doors internal windows, internal oven clean, internal fridge freezer clean and all surfaces and furnishings, cupboard’s and floors wiped down inside and outside
From £175
With our End of Tenancy servies caprpet cleaning is an additional £120 callout for one flight of stairs one landing. (£25for additional rooms)
Patio clean
Our patio cleans involve pressure washing all weeds and ground in dirt from your patio this service starts from £180
Waste managment
Hi Britannia Housekeeping, we can provide your commercial business with Waste Collection services. Also been Hire is available and we also can provide Waste Collection services to domestic consumers. We also offer bulk waste collection.
