From the minute Sarah got in touch after requesting information, we had start to finish communication. Sarah was brilliant in getting us on board and spoke through any issues or worries we had and discussed all of them with us before we proceeded. Once we had filled all the documents in, we were passed to Rachel the account manager for our case. Rachel was great in getting us the money we were owed and added the pressure required to get all of this back. I kept in contact with Rachel every month to see how it was going and she would update me with everything. Full marks to Jennifer Evans for sticking with us whilst we wrestled with what to do. We’ve never inflicted debt collectors on own residents before so was big decision.

Good marks too for Paige who used her initiative by getting 3 residents signed up to monthly plaids when paying it all off in one go was a difficult financial decision for them.

This company are running a scam and taking advantage of vulnerable people. I have been paying a debt since 2020, concerned I was paying for a debt that's already been cleared; I asked how much debt I had left to pay; Sarah McDonough, the Account Manager, was unable to provide me with any formal documents to prove this. Instead, I was sent an email that I owed the exact amount she told me two years ago!! Luckily I have all email correspondence and will be reporting this fraudulent behaviour.

I am disgusted and advise those with morals and standards to avoid this company at all costs. I will not be corresponding with them any further without legal representation.

Hi Gordon, We have had your account 3 weeks and your account manager has tried to contact you. Unfortunately debt recovery isn't always resolved straight away and some cases take longer than others. Account has since been resolved.

So far, they have been very helpful with good advice and I hope we are successful.

I instructed this amazing company to help me get rent arrears as i was getting no where with the process and the arrears was accumulating into thousands with in two day of this company contact the tenants a result future rent will be paid on time plus payment plan which will be monitored by Bright Future upon till every penny is paid back to me this whole process has given me back my sanity and mental health please let the professionals deal with all your debt problems best thing i did was make contact with Bright Future Solutions
