Bradley Roofing Services sent a very polite young man, James, to look at an area in our roof space which we thought had perished felting. He said the builders we had ten years ago for an extension had not removed the old felting but there was new felting in place. He could have very easily said it needed repairing to fabricate a job. Disappointed. I booked an appointment for him to check my roof and after 90 minutes he didn't turn up. Messaged me later to say had a family emergency. So gave him a second chance, we arranged a date and time to meet. Again waited over an hour and he didn't turn up. Made excuses about traffic. But didn't call to say he was going to be late.
