We used BPA Associates for all our estate planning. We had 2 trust wills and 4 lasting power of attorney. Mr Ashenden was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional. Would highly recommend.

A shambles from start to finish, 16 months to draw up 2 wills and 4 LPA's. From confidential documents sent to the wrong address, documents returned from OPG not proof read, badly spelled documents and finally a document sent by post unregistered which is now lost forever. In the 16 months I had only one unsolicited contact from Mr Ashenden. When I paid the balance 8 weeks ago I expected a receipt, I have asked 3 times and to date have not received one. More...

Normal, just need to get money from 1st interviews by Zoom, not professional, I not recommend them.

Ben was very quick to reply, and efficient in his communication. He offered a home visit, which was potentially helpful, but was a bit expensive.

So far it has been good with quick responses but only just started the process
