I changed the cylinder with a combi boiler, it's an expensive job, a £5000 job that you think about many times before you make this decision to do it. This team of plumbers made everything easier for me. On Thursday,Paul came to my house and give me a quote, on Friday they got everything they needed and on Monday they changed the old boiler and the cylinder with a combi boiler. Paul and the team were absolute superstars. My job was not a straightforward one and they did such a thorough walk through with the quote it gave me a lot of confidence in them. They turned up on time, cracked on, cleaned up, and resulted in my house finally having hot water and heating yay! Needed to increase the heat output in the kitchen and dining. Paul came round and talked through the options in his normal friendly, helpful manner and sent through an acceptable quote Antonio and Harry came round exactly as arranged with all the parts needed and fitted 2 larger radiators and replaced a further 2 radiator valves that were leaking. Fabulous service and all done efficiently and with minimal fuss. My system is prone to air locking but the guys worked through the system making sure everything was working properly. My hot water immersion heaters decided to stop working over the festive period of Christmas/New Yr. I contacted Bishops Plumbing via their online form and asked for an engineer to attend ASAP. As this was right in the middle of the bank holiday, they were unable to send an engineer but sent a link via text with a self help video and some information to support until they could get someone out. I did this and had hot water! They then made an appointment to come and check the issue, provided a quote and once accepted, made a return visit to finalise. Brilliant communication throughout. My first contact with Paul Bishop plumbing was with Kelly , and we discussed my options for potentially a new boiler as ours was playing up. She took me through options to try and get the boiler working , however the boiler was not worth fixing vs the cost of a new boiler . Paul then came the next day to do full quotation and went through all the possible options and what he recommend in our property. There was no sell sell sell attitude , he just gave us the best options that would work for us , and he definitely put us first oppose to how big the sale is . He gave us 3 different quotes all to different budgets and explained all 3 in detail . He was warming , friendly and his customer service was absolutely amazing. The next day I spoke to Kelly again and agreed the option that we decided and to my amazement they could come and fit and install the new boiler the next day which was absolutely wonderful as we have a baby so this was fabulous news for us. The next day Antonio and Harry turned up and they were both lovely guys , again really cared about job they was doing , Antonio talked me through the whole process and how long it would take , they were so friendly m hardworking and respectful in my home . I could never recommend Bishop Plumbing and Heating to anyone. We lost hundreds of hours and thousands of pounds with this company. They talk a good talks and will tell you whatever is necessary to get the sale. So dishonest and a total ripoff. Save yourself the expense and hassle and avoid this company! They gave me an absolute assurance that I would get better water flow and reduce my energy costs and that the job would be a worthwhile investment. Unfortunately the new system is inferior to the old one in every way. I have had several skilled engineers say they should never have recommended an unvented system as the flow rate at the mains flow is too low in our area, despite Bishop Plumbing testing it beforehand and telling me it was fine. This was also misleading as the system can only deliver the same flow as your mains. We now have a poor flow rate that drops in and out every time you use the water in the house. We are also using a lot more energy with the new boiler, which is a huge cost when money is already tight. Only solution they were willing to offer was a pump at a further £1,000 on top of the £5,000 I had already spent. As soon as it was clear I was not willing to pay any more money they were not interested, ignoring my calls and emails. Luckily there’s no shortage of good heating engineers in Milton Keynes so I wont be the last customer they will lose this year. More...

Never let me talk as she needs only YES or NO answer about appointments... Not sure the owner is approachable or not as all my communications are with the same contact numbers. I couldn’t be more delighted with the service offered by Paul and his team (Kelly, Antonio and Harry) as Bishop Plumbing & Heating. Paul surveyed the house, explained all the options and issued a competitive boiler installation quote. No hard sell. His years of experience was plain to see. Antonio and Harry the installers arrived on time, were respectful in the house (shoes off/coverings down) and did a great job despite a few challenges an older house can bring.
