It speaks volumes that this company will only respond to a negative review yet ignore anything “positive”.
Citing any “mental health” problems is embarrassing and an easy way out of their blatant behaviours. I would not have strangers in my home if I had any issues with people touching my items?! There were no PPE items worn, just standard footwear that was initially worn in my shower units, just bizarre.
Screaming and shouting, snatching of materials… really?! Do you hear how you sound? Why would I talk about a mortgage deal with strangers that had difficulty communicating in general? The team overran because I requested that your inexperienced colleague leave my property due to the poor workmanship and damage to my house. Having taken advice from Trading Standards in the weeks following I was advised to request the requisite DBS information which WAS NOT provided. What an awful experience, if there was an option for zero starts I would choose it. I was sent two people to my new home, one of which spoke almost zero English and had never cleaned before and was being “trained” on my job, not what I was expecting or informed of. I requested a deep clean following moving in the week prior. The standard and levels of work were terrible, the hoovering of the carpets didn’t get them clean, the stain removal I requested was ineffective, the bathrooms were still unclean after they left, the appliances that were steamed were not done thoroughly or properly and are still grease ridden. The inexperienced individual was in my shower units with trainers on that was counter productive to what he was attempting to clean. The windows they “cleaned” were streakier than when they arrived. The floors were not cleaned properly and no products were used. Their behaviour in itself was extremely unhygienic, the more experienced attendee was barefoot for the majority of the few hours they were present.

The aggressive demands of payment were unacceptable but unavoidable to get them to leave. I have open cases with both Trading Standards and Greater Manchester Police at the recommendation of Bark.com. I asked for the DBS checks of their staff and received no response. Thank you for your review.Mr Gordon Allen had a service at the end of February. When the team arrived, he informed them that he had some mental health problems, which cause him to be very anxious and unsettled when people were touching his items. The team had to remove their PPE shoes at the insistent demands of Mr Allen. Mr Allen exhibited numerous behaviours of concern while the team was there, such as: screaming and shouting at the cleaners, snatching materials or items of their hands while these were working. He also confided that he's not happy with his new mortgage deal and that he's suing the agency for that and that he is very stressed because of that. What Mr Allen perceived as not speaking English was merely an attempt of not triggering his challanging behaviours . The team even stayed 45 min free of charge over the agreed time to address ALL of Mr Allen demands. Mr Allen tried to blackmail us requesting a 50% off refund to avoid getting a negative review. Mr Allen requested DBS check 1 month after we attended his property.

Really friendly African guys came to sort carpets n cushion floor.
Very polite and respectful helped me sort out post flood issues were a godsend

Excellent service from my first phone call to the end of the clean. Andra, got all the information she needed efficiently and came back with an acceptable quote. William and Ahmed came to my big Victorian house, with its moulded skirting boards and difficult corners, and cleaned from top to bottom. Everything looked perfectly clean when they had finished. I hired this company to do some refurbishment all around the new property I just purchased.
My requirements were painting all rooms including ceilings, some woodwork to be painted asweel and 3 wallpapers in the 3 bedrooms.
Property had some mold issue and the smell was so bad .
Taking in consideration the amount if work that was necessary it took them only 3 days and the finish was high standards. Now I really feel like I m in a new home.

Great service .I hired this company for a deep clean of my property as well as some touch ups around the house.
They also manage to transform my back garden and a bit of landscaping asweel.
