Our Bay window roof needed replacing. Barry was one of a quite a few roofers to reply to my ad. He came and gave me a quote within a couple of hours of posting the ad. He was very professional measured up and gave me a very reasonable quote with a 10 year guarantee within minutes of arriving. I decided to go with BB roofing mainly because of time scale of how quickly they could start the job and after reading the reviews of his company and the 10 year guarantee which no one else offered. I'm so happy I went with BB roofing solutions the work was completed quickly and is outstanding the Bay window roof looks better than I expected. BB roofing came to install a ventilated chimney cap and repoint the chimney. After inspecting the roof, Barry discovered lots of other issues, showing us photographs of the problems.
He quoted considerably more than we were expecting to pay but seemed honest and professional so we agreed to the work - and extra work that was discovered on the first day.
Barry and his two lads arrived each day when they said they would - phoning to tell us when heavy rain prevented them coming - were polite and friendly and cleared up before leaving each day. The finished roof looks very smart (he sent us photos taken up on the roof) and we have a 10 year guarantee so we are happy customers. Thank you.
