They arrived promptly and did a really thorough job sorting our problem and I also asked them to quote for and replace fascia boards, soffits and guttering. I contacted Josh regarding a leaking roof light after recent heavy rain. The problem seemed to be the rooflight itself which they were quick to diagnose and thoroughly test to make sure that was the problem. Although the work wasn't something they could undertake due to the nature of the fault, I was really impressed by their diligence and professionalism.
It was very useful to have their feedback to help me move on and get it sorted out.
