Excellent service, and a great product.
Having been with ADT for some 22 years, it was time to upgrade our monitored alarm system. This was driven by the fact that landlines are moving to VOIP, and we also wanted to get rid of the landline that was linked to our alarm system.

After a discussion with ADT, it was clear that the current system could not be used over VOIP, and we had to upgrade to the latest version. The guy that dealt with our enquiry offered us a great deal on the upgrade, both in terms of price and package, and the engineer was then booked in to make sure we had a strong enough mobile signal across 4 providers, as the system would now run over a mobile sim. this all worked out fine, and the formal date was fixed for the engineer to come and fit the new system.

Our package included PIR sensors and a door sensor, with a keypad, fobs, and a screen control panel, which also takes photos if the alarm is activated. The PIR sensors are pet friendly, so we can set the whole house when we go out without fear that the dogs will activate it.

Arming and disarming the alarm is now much simpler with the fob and a single button to arm or disarm. We can also arm and disarm remotely via an app on the phone, and they also gave us a smart plug, so that we could connect a lamp, or similar, to the plug and activate it via the app.

The whole process, from start to finish was great, and the engineer very helpful too.

Very quick service. Good quality cameras. Few technical issues but it was resolved. Could do with more support on the app with how to change settings kind of just been thrown with learning myself

Michael Sulllivan arrived punctually. Pleasant and Knowledgeable. Had some issues with coverage area of camera as the house is located on a main road, close to pavement, eventually resolved after a few attempts and discussions over phone. All OK at the end.

Easy to use & control.
Had ADT alarm upgraded last week. Seems easy to use, & more controllable. Can be turned on & off from anywhere using the app, so if you're rushing for a bus, for example, set it when your on it! Also have a fob with my keys, which can be used. Have had cause to ring with a query, & a technician rang back to talk me through things. He was very helpful. More...

Attentive and fast acting customer service - highly recommended!

ADT fitted a new home security for us. We had some concerns regarding the shock detectors and a malfunctioning sensor. ADT sent someone out to house on the same day, who politely fitted some additional sensors and ran a series of tests with us to show the system was working well. The service was polite, friendly and the installer was very reassuring. I recommend ADT for home security.

I asked for an engineer to attend to fix a problem with my doorbell camera. He phoned ahead to ensure I was available. Professional site visit and professional installation.

From the initial visit from Ian to the subsequent install by Glen - all went exceptionally well.

Very, very early days, however seems to be going well so far.

Ian was very very knowledgeable and also personable. Never came across as trying to sell anything.

Glenn, the engineer was top notch. Super clean and tidy when drilling holes, or entering the house. Super efficient, wanted everything to be flat and have straight lines, methodical and intelligent when installing.
