5 Star Plumbing, replaced a boiler in my property, installing a brand new Vaillant Eco Tec Plus.

First of all Rowan who I dealt with was very polite on the phone and explain the detailed quote in even more detail to me, answering all my questions very patiently.

Once, I decided to go ahead with them, Rowan was able to source the boiler very quickly. On the agreed date, he turned up on time, did a great job of installing the boiler, cleared up some of the piping without any extra charge.

Once, he completed the job, explained how the boiler operates in detail, again answering lots of questions from myself and my tenant very patiently.

I had completely new Boiler installation with new pipe works and 6 radiator in my house in woolwich . I was Hesitating to go with 5 Start at the beginning, this was the new installation and i foun company in bark but Rowan proved me i am wrong. I order the Valiant ECOfit pure 830 Boiler from the place He recommended.Day before installation he went to collect from the supplier to start early next day.
During the installtion i was watching his work. On first day he planned and installed 6 Radiators with pipe works. On second day he came with help Kerry, to finishe the final installtion.
Kerry has through knowledge of his job and very polite person.Finishing of Job excellent, time keeping is Excellent .

On second day Rowan started cnnecting pipe work to Boiler and Kerry started connecting pipes from under the floor to Radiators.By 4 pm on second day Boiler instattion was complited and started for Test.
So called Big company,they told me, job would take 4 to 5 days to complete.where as these guys finished in 2 days.
Over all, I strongly recommend Rowan and Kerry 5 star Plumbing and gas installtion for new instattion. Good Price, good service and finishing is great.
Some time we hesitae and run befind the big names and pay more but without any hesitation i strongly recomment 5 Start Plubing.

I have already provided a review, but i wanted to make an additional post as i may have been a bit too hasty in the first one.
The overall service was good as i mentioned before, but the aftercare is fairly poor. I have had issues with the boiler since they finished the work. However, they are not forthcoming in returning to fix the problem, but offering telephone service which helps on the day but keeps reoccurring . I have also asked for another quotation for a further job, which is taking 3 weeks only to replace two taps. I asked for the second job straight after they fixed the boiler. After they contacted me to arrange a visit to scope the job to provide me with a quote. It was an urgent installation of a boiler, he came that evening. Installation was 2 days later, I paid a deposit 1 third of total cost. They arrived bang on time. Professional. He explained what was to be done and got on with it. The job was completed within the time frame and to an excellent standard I am satisfied with the work. I had a call from them the next day to see if there were any problems, which there wasn't. Oh and they tidied up and took all the rubbish with them.
I have since enquired about a quote for a second job.
