What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Creative questionnaire, we like to call it a creative brief. You don’t have to give us your life story, just some key information so we can get started with your new site.
Before you start you might want to gather a couple of things to make the process a simple one. We suggest having the following ready:

What do you love most about your job?
What started as a one woman band has blossomed into a fully fledged creative and digital marketing agency. Today, 2xN boasts a unique, close-knit team with experts in all facets of brand development, digital marketing, and business development. We believe our competitive advantage is the quality of our team. So what do we love about our job? It has to be that we started from zero, just like many of our clients, we love that we have expanded across the country servicing clients across the nation, helping them grow just as we have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lucy identified a need due to exposure in her previous career. She had worked in healthcare since leaving university, working in both the private and public sector. It was only when a family member came to needing surgery that she realised how much information is available and how much incorrect or unclear information there is.
Lucy resolved to try to rectify this by trying to bring accurate and relevant information to the forefront to help inform patients’ decisions.
Lucy researched other healthcare marketing companies and failed to find one who provided both comprehensive strategy and implementation thereby finding my niche.
2xN has now grown and developed across a number of industry sectors.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We moved our services online allowing our clients and our employees to remain safe throughout Covid-19. Even our events, we managed to organise this years BPNG (British Paediatric Neurosurgical Group) as a hybrid meeting, allowing the delegates to choose whether they attended in person or online.
