Was really going to give these guys a 👍 nice, well-deserved 5 star review as their first review but things changed, hence one star only.
Two nice lads answered my enquiry (out of Bark platform) quickly and turned up for a quotation the next day to get my gutters (both sides) relined and seal the joints as they were leaking. Price agreed and they started the job right away (same day). After like an hour of working, they thought the issue is with the downpipe that was there for over 50 years (proper steel pipe) with no issues and I said ok change it and we will see. Went away to buy a pipe but came back after 2 hours, saying they could not find a pipe (was Saturday). So left the job and came back on Monday with a new plastic downpipe. Tool the steel down pipe with them (which I Believe is not cheap) and charged me extra for the new plastic pipe). I was happy with all to this point. Finished their job and left the property but as soon as it started to rain again, it was all the same as it was before they started the job. Called them, they came back the next day, sealed the joints again and went away. Same again. All leaking and the gutters in the back side has no flow (they keep saying it has, as much, but I see little birds taking bath in my gutters.) Called them again and no proper answer yet. They said the problem is again with the downpipe in the back!...?? I have paid the fee plus one long proper steel downpipe (they are not cheap), and my issue is not solved.
I'm waiting for them to get it fixed for me so might update my review.

I done the work what I quoted for and he wanted extra work doing what I never quoted for the same price. I told him before I started it would be extra for the downpipe.
