These guys came to not only provide DJ entertainment at the last minute but to help run all tech and organization aspects of our conference.
With less than 24 hours notice, Adrian, Neville and Matthew had everything organized and setup at the venue. Neville took over the event management on the day and was with us from 9 in the morning until he finished playing at midnight.
We were so annoyed with the hotel who contractually should have made these arrangements but that did not stop neville dealing with them in a professional way so that our delegates did not know that we very nearly had to pull the event 24 hours earlier!
From the moment our marketing manager and I spoke with Neville we had confidence that he would deliver but we never thought that he he would do it beyond what we had originally planned.
