We're an extremely hard working team and we pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure that every customer becomes a happy customer. It sounds cliche, but it really does ring true. Particularly in our industry, where there are lots of cowboys and everyone knows of a horror story, it's crucial to ensure that everyone has a positive experience and as such can provide us with positive reviews and referrals to generate more business. As a team of 4 directors, we're very different to many of our competitors as we all have an active role within the business, each specialising in certain areas. Jonny is our Head of Installation and has over 7 years personal experience working within the industry, making him a true expert. Jacob, our Marketing Director has 6 years of experience marketing for small businesses and runs a successful web design agency. We then have Ben, our Operations Director who is a successful entrepreneur in a variety of businesses including property development. His role is managing projects from start to finish on a personal level. I, myself have 6 years experience running the web design agency with Jacob and a high degree of knowledge in the technical and logistical aspects of running a business. Together the operation runs very smoothly and enables us to really focus on every area of the business.
