I recently passed a referral to Neil saying "HELP" needed urgently. We needed someone to come and survey the back of the house due to needing unforeseen planning permission. Neil was quick to respond to our request and took time away from his family to come to our house on a Saturday morning. He took the necessary measurements and showed us the quality of the elevation plans he produces as standard practice.
Neil assured us he would email the drawings by the Monday to help speed up our planning application which at this stage was in a big black hole at the Town Hall.
Drawings arrived Monday as promised as well as the corrections to the site map. Both Gary and I breathed a huge sigh of relief as we submitted the plans.
