+++ Please email me directly to get a guaranteed response (Email address on the Logo) +++ Free on-site consultation meeting if you're within 30 miles +++ I am ARB (Architect Registration Board) registered and RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) chartered architect. I've been working as an architect for more than 25 years since graduated with bachelor and master degrees in architecture. Before starting my own business, I worked in practices in Oxfordshire, Reading, London and overseas. Although I worked on many different types of projects, residential projects have always formed a main pillar of my work. I particularly enjoy working with clients to find the best solutions under their own unique circumstances. For a genuine free no obligation consultation, please email or call. I would come to you for a chat, as long as you're reasonably local to me. You don't have to have a concrete idea of what you want to do. We can bounce different ideas around in our chat. Sometimes, surprising solutions could come out of the discussion. I could also work online or through virtual meeting, if it's more convenient.
Ultimately, your satisfactory is what makes me happy the most.
Meeting and working with the people who actually spend their life and have memories in the space I'm helping to create.
I work for you, and I mean it. I'm interested more in solving the problems with you and the process coming with it than in making it simple, quick and taking the pay. And, there's a small matter that I'm quite experienced (25+ years as architect).
We can use virtual meeting to communicate and we can share the information (photos, videos, drawings) with the modern technology easily these days. In fact, I can get most of the property information through public domain (satellite images, council planning register, land register, EPC, government flooding map, British geological map, previous sales history etc). There are a lot more information of your property out there than you might have realised. Please allow me be a little less modest, I'm very good at using computers and searching online.
However, nothing beats an old fashioned face-to-face chat which I enjoy tremendously. As long as you live reasonably close to me (approx. 30 miles road distance from East Hanney, Oxfordshire), I'd love to meet you in person. If you live a little further away, but are happy to pay a small charge of my milage and driving time (£3 per mile over 30 miles one way), I could visit you anywhere in Great Britain.
I'm double-jabbed with Covid vaccine. I would wear face mask in your house if you prefer.
