When we began to look for an architect, he telephoned us promptly and listened very well to our needs. Face-to-face, he took great pains to understand what we wanted and explore different options. He expanded our ideas through his own original suggestions, to make best use of space and produce a really comfortable, practical and aesthetically pleasing result. The recent pandemic meant that we had to adapt slightly during the lockdowns etc and we ended up doing a lot of our meetings virtually with our clients. If we needed to attend site then we would make sure everyone was wearing a mask and doors and windows were left open. As restrictions start to ease we are able to continue to offer these virtual services but are also happy to attend on site as normal… we just ask that our clients let us know what they are most comfortable with and adapt to suit.
