Tristan was incredibly quick to attend within hours of the request. He was polite, efficient and even looked at another appliance we were having issues with. Don’t know how competitive pricing was as have nothing to compare to but can’t fault service and efficiency.

Quite simply, Ray is brilliant! I read the reviews and he didn’t disappoint! Firstly, his prices are really competitive. Secondly, his communication to give quotes and then specify time of arrival were spot on. He kept to the times agreed and advised me beforehand that he was on his way. But thirdly, and perhaps the most important, he is an absolute powerhorse! He is really fast at what he does, not at all intrusive and has a great can-do attitude, even if faced with unpredicted complications on seeing the job. He installed an aerial at speed and I also got him to affix a curtain rail. Throughout his visits here, he was both friendly and respectful. If I have ANYTHING that needs doing, I will always go to Ray first - he was not fazed at having to work in a room alongside my elderly bedbound mother and was kind and compassionate. I would recommend him to everyone and I wish him every success in his business. He deserves to do well! It was so cheering to have found such a hardworking and reasonably priced ‘contractor'; I felt that nothing was too much to ask and am very grateful. Thank you, Ray
