I have suffered from ill health symptoms for many months now. I have felt very tired, achy joints and not been able to do simple things like stay awake after dropping my daughter off to school. I would come home and just jump back into bed and fall asleep within minutes. Since having a reflexology session I feel amazing, and that's just after one session. The next day after my reflexology session I managed to stay awake through out the day with out having a nap, cook two dishes for two lots of households as well as look after my children and go out to do some shopping. I felt great and it was a big achievement for me. The lady Shaheen who did my reflexology was very professional, the atmosphere was so calm, relaxing and very clean.The best feature was the lovely gas fire and cosy blanket. You can easily just drift off and have 40 winks. (lol) :-) I will be definitely booking more sessions. My advise to all those suffering from any health issues is to give it a try as you have nothing to lose.
