All issues. All ages. A confidential service for children, teens and adults. Based in East Kilbride. Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Mindfulness and Meditation. I will tailor the sessions to best work for you, but you will have to agree to the way forward. Counselling can help with all kinds of issues and you decide how far you want to go.
What led me to becoming a therapist was a combination of issues; severe weight gain, anger/resentment, depression, health problems, relationship problems and an underlying feeling like I was the problem. I was desperate for change to understand my behaviours so that I could change them and lessen their impact. The transformation for myself has been life changing and now I wish simply to empower my clients, allowing them the understanding and acceptance of themselves and to free them of any belief that is limiting them from having the life they want.
