I am so upset at the ethics of this company. They passed me between 2 solicitors, and the work had to be done again and they missed points in my case, and they kept asking for engineers reports. First they told me to amend the one I got based on what they thought should be addressed, then they canged that so I got a second one and then when it went to another solicitir he asked me for a further report going back to the original one, showing that they dod not look at my case at all! They also charged me each time they asked me to do this. One month we had no contact at all and they sent me an invoice, which I questioned, and they then refunded it. They obviously have an automatic monthly billing system that just fires off invoices. They keep you as a client for as long as they can until you get suss about how bad they actually are, and then fob you off with excuses! How are they allowed to trade still? More...

Brilliant firm to deal with, very friendly and helpful when you call. I dealt with the agricultural team for our land registry application and I received outstanding service, there were a few complications that were dealt with in a prompt and very professional manner. Jennie Wheildon oversaw it all and she is very professional as well as being very approachable and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended firm. I used Jeanette Whyman to act for the family in a hospital negligence claim. Jeanette was friendly, compassionate, helpful and professional. The case was taken on a 'no win no fee' basis and I had thought that this may have meant an inferior service but far from it. All calls and emails were returned promptly and Jeanette met with us at regular intervals, displaying great patience and speaking in terms which were easy to understand. I am very pleased with the way Assmeia has handled my divorce case.I initially met her when she worked at Jackson West, after I was disappointed with another solicitor at another firm. When Ash left Jackson West, I was allocated a senior partner at Jackson West and she was not a patch on Ash.I then luckily found Ash via Linked In and immediately asked her to deal with my case via Wright Hassall.I find Ash to be so knowledgeable and caring. I was overwhelmed with the whole divorce and she made me feel that I was very important to her and that I was not just a case out of many, she explained every step to me and was very clear about the process.The other 2 solicitors were no way near as good as her in my opinion.Highly recommended .
