What do you love most about your job?
Everyday we are presented with a different type of project where we are not just advising on the website in terms of technology or design but in terms of online business. We have delivered hundreds of projects to companies of all shapes and sizes at every price point. This puts us in a great position to deliver solutions large and small with the thought of being part of a long, progressive relationship with our clients.
Simply put, our client's growth delivers us our growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A deep desire to own and run a business. At the time we started there was also a real need for web developers who developed from a business perspective as opposed to only a design perspective.
Our first client, www.coathanger.net, who is still our client, came to us for a website. We built them a beautiful, content manageable solution with a complete customer relationship portal. There buyers could register with them on their website, make purchase on the website, make referrals, etc. After the purchase Coathanger could upload the entire client experience onto their website for their clients who could see their information through their own private portal. This created a level of stickiness and a relationship that no other Fashion consultant could offer.
