Today Virgo arrived at 1pm ....spot on as I was expecting them to arrive any time after 1pm.
There engineer was lovely and set to work straight away .
We now have new door handles that are even better than the original ones and thediscoloured hinge covers look like new .
I did promise Virgo I would update my review as I gave them 1 star due to lack of communication and mix up with appointment dates.
I can only say they have been brilliant and Chris spoke to me on the engineers phone to ask if all was well.
Thank you so much for turning this problem around .

We had to have our bathroom window changed due to condensation, - we have used them in the past and thought we see what they could do for us this time.

Gutters and Pipes
Our 60s semi was in desperate need of new gutters and pipes, inherited the house and ended up with a bit of issues outside, we have had Virgo in to take all the old stuff off and install new.
Scaffolding was a bit late, so job delayed but we were kept in the picture all the way.

Fake Slate Roof
We has been shopping around for someone to come and give us a quote on turning our conservatory roof into a real roof, I wanted tiles to match the main house, but the prices were so wide and varied, my husband had been looking at a composite tile, and Virgo Home Improvements came to see us with this tile called tapco slate – we loved it and fitted out budget.
Its always a nightmare having workmen in your house, but everything went pretty smooth, would like to say a big thank you to guys on the desk.

I have just had my third installation done by Virgo Home Improvements. I first had my double glazing done with them 10 years ago and have been a repeat customer since they do such a good job. I'm surprised by the bad reviews as I can't fault this company. They have always been very reliable, friendly, helpful and professional. I had a small problem with a door a few years after fitting and they absolutely honoured their guarantee and sorted it very quickly. The staff right from the sales team, to the surveyor, customer services through to the fitters have all been great. I will always go back to them for any work I need doing. A very happy customer!
