Where do I start. I used spotless spa dogs in Telford 3 weeks ago and she managed to fit me in quite swiftly. When my dog returned home I was deeply upset, this groomer has hacked at my poor dog, gave him a half cut and left all his matting that could of been shaved off. Her skills were absolutely terrible. He's gone to another groomer today and agreed with me that this was the worst groom she has ever seen. You trust groomers with your dogs and we have been totally let down. When I politely asked what had happened she said she had done her best and my dog had blunted her scissors so it's the dogs fault! So I would NOT recommend spotless spa for dogs for your fur baby. took my dog for her first spotless spa yesterday. Gemma was brilliant with her and she absolutely loved it. she smelt amazing afterwards and this will be a regular for Lilo. definitely recommend

Gemma is absolutely brilliant, we took our dog Deefer for a bath and groom and he came back looking spectacular and handsome complete with a rather fetching bandanna 😬 and he came back smelling lovely. Thanks Gemma 🐾🐾

The fact that I am working with and caring for animals like I would my own pets to be cared for and looked after.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is something I have thought about for a while now, and never thought I could do it. Something changed in me and I decided to give it all I have as its a passion of mine.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I always wear a mask. I have hand sanitiser to use before and after all contact. Contact free pick up for walks available.
