We had an issue with water coming through our bifold doors following a heavy rainstorm. Contacted Service Dept who asked us to complete form on the website. Had difficulty uploading video footage so called again and a helpful member of staff arranged for us to send direct by email. Later that morning received a call back from Gary who booked us in for the earliest visit available apologising that it wasn’t the next day. Laurence arrived and once we showed him what had happened he had diagnosed the problem straight away. What a nice guy! Showed us what was wrong and how it was going to be remedied. We had Laurence call at the end of the installation sorting out those odd snagging problems. He is always courteous and involves us in what the problem is and how he can remedy it. He is always clean and tidy polite and approachable and whilst I hope that he doesn’t have to visit us again I would be very pleased that Smiths sent their best troubleshooter. More...

We had 9 different sized windows to replace as the seal had gone on them and they had condensation on the inside of the glass. Smiths gave us a very good quote with a discount for letting them choose the week when the work would be done. A chap came and measured up to ensure that the correct sizes were made up and to assess how each window could be replaced (from the inside or outside). Gary was a great salesman and advisor as to what options we could have for our very hot and very cold conservatory. Gary ran through all our options. The replacement heatshield panels fitted to the roof are an excellent solution for us now. What inspired you to start your own business?
The company has been family run for many years and passed through generations, when Mr/s Smith retired it was put forward for long serving members of staff to take the company onto the next chapter and we have gone from strength to strength improving many areas and continuing to service our customers.
