After years of having cleaners that disappointed me I have found Pure - and WOW!!! Lisa is more like my fairy godmother than a regular cleaner. My house is pristine, smells beautiful and she takes the initative, going above and beyond on every visit to use her time well and help out with laundry, ironing, making beds. We would highly recommend Pure as Joy does an absolutely amazing job for us every week. The house is always spotlessly clean and the ironing/bedding completed to a high standard. Love coming home to a lovely clean and tidy home. My housekeeper, Sandra, is lovely and does a fantastic job for us.The business are easy to wrk with too and always help us when we need extra work and even supplied us with their handyman, Mikey, who hung some curtain poles and pictures for us (job my husband never got around too)!

I have worked for Pure for the past 2 years and what a fantastic 2 years it’s been being the Housekeeper Manager is great i get to meet all our customer and their beautiful homes we have a fantastic team who have a great eye for detail and do a great job and have very high standards

We have used Pure for about 18 months now and must say from the initial meeting with Maggie I was impressed. Their website is what caught my attention but the quality doesn’t stop there. My housekeeper Sandra is fantastic and when she is on holiday the girls who cover are equally as good. I’ve used companies in the past who send various people and changed them all of the time... not with Pure. They said they wouldn’t and they have kept to their word. I even used their handyman last week!

Unable to cocmmeent further - have been in touch with them and impressed with their set up and offer. Due to personal circumstances have agreed with them not to take up the contract with them until afterChristmas - but so farso good - impressed with their initial customer service!
