My original review was taken down, this is my 2nd review attempt. Horrible experience overall. This was my girlfriend’s graduation, a really important once in a lifetime experience. Friendly at first, but unresponsive after receiving the money. I have stated since the beginning that I wanted all the pictures taken, regardless of quality and have reminded him throughout the whole day. Our agreement was also that he picks half of the pictures and do minor touchups where necessary. He only delivered half of the pictures after 1 week, whilst constantly avoiding my questions about the other half. He initially said the pictures were deleted, but then when I offered my technical help to recover the said pictures, it miraculously reappeared. After constantly chasing him up and waiting for an additional week, the other half of the photos finally arrived. He wasn’t taking the job seriously on the day itself. On the day, there were multiple occasions where my girlfriend and I wanted pictures taken in specific places, or certain moments captured. In some of the occasions, no pictures were taken, while on another occasion, he only took 2 shots, the photos were taken extremely badly as shown in Picture 1. Which is why Picture 1 was amongst the ‘deleted’ 2nd half pile of pictures. He blamed my girlfriend for the occasions that no pictures were taken, but there are video evidence refuting his claim. He also should’ve done his job properly and reviewed the pictures after taking the shot, and asked for a reshoot immediately. I also compared the raw pictures he took and the ones he sent me that was supposedly edited, he only edited less than 5% of all the first half of the undeleted pictures. Even amongst the first half of the pictures he sent that was supposedly edited, some were really horrible as shown in Picture 2 and Picture 3. I demanded an explanation and a partial refund after receiving the second half of the pictures, and he hasn’t responded to me ever since. I strongly don’t recommend him as he lacks professionalism and accountability. More...

Very good professional photographer, with the ability to hit the deadline with very good photographs

Like squeezed me in the same weekend that I contacted him. He always replied promptly and was extremely professional. Working with him on the day was great, he was friendly and had great ideas - all I had to do was turn up! Luke came to my rescue as I was about to publish my book only to realise that I had not done any photos for my short stories.
He came a couple of days later to do a photo shoot taking pictures of 16 teddy bears in weird and wonderful places around the house. Although it must have been one of the weirdest things to photograph he was very respectful and professional, came up with some really good ideas for using props and staged each story really brilliantly. The photos are perfect for the book. We managed to finish the shoot within the two hour slot he quoted and sent the photos over the day after, which was amazing.
