Paula and Sandy turned up dead on time with their hands full of cleaning stuff to give my house a complete once over deep clean. It took them all day to do my house but it really sparkled by the time they finished. They worked so hard and did everything to such a high standard even cleaning the blinds, wardrobe tops and carpets. Paula and her team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my house, from top to bottom! They worked really hard all day, and the results showed! My house looks beautiful, I am amazed how much they got done. A real thorough job. My range cooker with two ovens looked brand new - it literally looked like it had just arrived from the manufacturer! I cannot recommend Paula’s Palace highly enough! Paula and Sandy arrived on Saturday morning and were absolutely amazing. I am nearly 89 and Pippa the cat aged 12 were dreading the upheaval and the thought of making tea and coffee all day. But the cat and I sat around all day, firstly in the front and lastly in the conservatory out the back. Paula and Sandy made my conservatory a joy to see, absolutely sparkling as the whole bungalow is now. Inside glass gleaming paintwork washed, tiles in kitchen, bathroom and en-suite shining. The carpets have been vacuumed even under immovable furniture, absolutely delightful result. They even washed the inside and outside of my garage roller door which was absolutely filthy. I cannot find words to express how pleased and proud of how my bungalow now looks. Paula and Sandy brought everything they needed with them, even their coffee and lunch which they ate in the car. Paula and Sandy work incredibly hard, always with a smile. They are a pleasure to be around. I have never had help to maintain my home and I did worry that I wouldn't feel comfortable having someone I didn't know in my personal space. . I was completely wrong. The ladies are very professional, but also very down to earth and I genuinely enjoy their company. I would have no concerns about leaving them alone in my house.
