We have Been established for 10 years and I have been an Electrician for 23 years. Having done my apprenticeship in Dundee and working for many companies, I felt it was time to start up on my own in West Lothian, when I moved here 11 years ago.

I had one of Paula’s team out to do a cupla MORE jobs for me - I know I’m nippy with the short notice, and my sincere apologies as always for to Paula and her more than adept team of sparkies for Carrying both jobs out to PERFECTION, AS PER THE NORM WITH HER OR HER TEAM 👌🏻✨
JOB 1 was just going over all the electricals in the semi-detached house, which young Taylor did in no time at at all and showing /explaining what needed replaced or just tidied for the me Home Report il be having drawn up.
The second job, (again at awfy such short notice - and cos she’s my ‘favouritest’ sparkle and I’m her ‘favouritest’ customer) was removing the scabby old lady down lights and replacing them with lush new LED type ones in 4 rooms. Zero problem for the young Josh who had done worn girl for both my neighbour and myself in the past, so I was more than confident with his competence at these scary looking jobs. And clumsy me fell over the boxes I PLACED OOT THE ROAD TO STOP THE LAD TEIPPING OVER - only for me to get a wee fright when his safety equipped (a good sign) and muffins here fell over the boxes - my pride was hurt more than owt else tbh, but bless Josh’ heart, he came down from his ladder to make sure this numpty was ok from wee pinkie to head, god luv the wee soul. But what a laugh we had when I got my a*se upright with the assistance of poor Josh.
I was more than content with the job he had done but nope - not Josh - the livingroom light was slightly askew? So he made sure it was spot on before leaving the site.
Once more, another cracking job at such short notice from a member of Paula’s squad and the Mr bean fall from me was just an added bonus.
Paula Burns - thee only sparkies number in my phone who I’d recommend everyone - especially anyone with elderly family cos she’s so down to earth, both Paula and her team of more than qualified electricians.
It would be a comfort to both the family and even the older family member themselves having a female as clued up in EVERYTHING ELECTRICAL….Paula’s company can be trusted a million percent with all your electrical needs, and she has a lovely team of lads working for her. Can only be another 5 stars for both jobs done on this occasion too 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I do hate when people don’t return your call, string you along and just never turn up! At last I have found Paula Burns and those days are over. Paula Burns came out the next day, repaired the oven on the spot and saved me a lot of money because I didn't have to buy a spare part from the manufacturer. She worked at the task until she found the issue, reconnected everything, checked it was all in working order and, because I wasn't in the house but had left someone else to let her in, phoned me to let me know what she'd done and check I was happy with the service before she charged me. Brilliant is the only word I can use to describe the work carried out by Paula Burns Electrical. I required a damaged outside porch light removed and a new one installed. This business provided a very reasonable quote for the work involved. Paula came out, removed the old porch light, checked the wiring and power supply for faults, and then installed the new light.
