How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
its to do with the size and location. also if there no other services in the way like the gas supply etc,
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
foundation front wall and window ,new roof,electrics ,plumbing dry line walls,screed floor painting and clean up all planning and approcval of building control
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
if there is sufficent height in the existing roof at least 2,6 to the apex

party wall award, scaffolding ,temp roof,new steels timber floor and walls, flat and roof pitch coverings insulation,new electric and plumbing, plastering ,second fix to carp and electricalnew stairs painting and site clearence
