Communication ok, cleaning average, left some rooms not cleaned and could have been far more thorough. Considering they left at least an hour early I don't expect so much dust to be left

I was quoted £45 for a pricey oven clean. The women who came where lovely, but did not know what the job was, they asked me where I wanted cleaning! Although they did a good job in the oven, it was a job I could have done myself, and some bits where not cleaned to what I consider a professional job, such as the filaments and the vents for the extractor hood.
The only problem I had with this service is that they mislead their employees and myself and did not infact normally offer the specific job that I required.
