Kingsley business online makes accounting so simple - I just scan and upload my invoices and receipts and they do all the rest including all my tax returns and self assessment too. The annual (and very competitive pricing) is paid by Direct Debit each month, which suits my cash flow much better - I don't know what I would do without them. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Bookkeeping
We will keep you accounts up to date on a live basis. You, and your suppliers, can email your paperwork or import it into our software, and we will process it overnight and your accounts can be updated by the time you wake up.
At any time you can log in to our cloud based software and see your management accounts, and get information such as who owes you money and how much money you are making. You can issue sales invoices and see how much to pay to your suppliers
All of our bookkeepers are accounts graduates so you can be confident you're in safe hands
Payroll
We provide payroll summaries and payslips, and advise when payments are due, as well as handling your RTI submissions and pension auto enrolment and subsequent deductions
HMRC Investigations
We have over 40 years experience of dealing with investigations by HMRC. We have an excellent success rate and would consider ourselves to be specialists in this area
VAT Inspections
Our experience tells us that VAT inspectors love our EcoOffice software, due to the ease of finding the documents they need to see online, without having to search through endless lever arch files. We are happy to represent our clients at these inspections, which sometimes can be arranged to take place at our offices
