I engaged Sargon and IC Assist as I was having issues conducting discussions with our Insurance company in respect to water damage that impacted our weekend home. Sargon added an extra dimension that I had not considered from my earlier discussions with our Insurance company and he could devote more time on our Water damage claim. After my Father sadly passed away 5 years ago, we had a terrible time with builders in the area. Therefore, when my Mother suffered another blow by a very bad flood in the kitchen/cellar of her home, we felt that we couldn't endure another lengthy process - dealing with the Insurance company & more builders.
Thankfully, we turned to IC Assist, where we met a wonderful young man named 'SARGON', who made the experience very easy for us. He took charge of the dealings with great skill & a very friendly approach & we can only thank him for his very hard work & commitment.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough! we had a leak coming from underneath our shower in the downstairs bathroom which destroyed our flooring throughout the downstairs hallway. i was quite amazed at the havoc water damage can make to the walls and floors. we didnt know where to start and was extremely stressed and a friend recommended Sargon. he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and managed the entire process from start to finish for us. he directly liaised with the insurance company and accurately pointed out every issue to them. he managed to secure a very fair an adequate settlement to remedy the work. he completely took all the stress away, and i urge anyone who has currently identified any damage to their home to contact him! I used IC Assist when I had to make a claim for damage caused by a leak from the flat above. The leak caused damage to my kitchen ceiling and walls. IC Assist came out, took moisture meter readings, pictures and measurements and talked me through the work required and the claim process.The service was excellent, I didn't have to do anything once they were involved as they dealt with everything for me. They sent the quote to my insurance company, put drying equipment in and organised the various tradesmen to carry out all the repairs, they even dealt with the managing agents for me.They were punctual, friendly, kept me up to date and the work carried out was to an excellent standard (better than what it was before the leak).I would have no hesitation in using them again and I've since recommended them to family and friends who have also needed help with their home insurance claims.Thanks again for all your help. For your peace of mind, all of our work comes with a 12 month guarantee, which is valid from the date the work is completed. We strive to deliver professional, high quality repairs. However, should a problem arise, just get in touch and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

We get great satisfaction from using our knowledge and experience in the insurance industry to ensure our customers claims are dealt with fairly and they get all the repairs they are entitled (to under the terms of their policy). Over the years, we have been called in to help with a lot of claims where insurance companies and Loss Adjusters have overlooked repairs and offered inadequate settlements. What inspired you to start your own business?
We set up IC Assist to help people who just don't know what to do or where to turn when faced with the stress of dealing with damage to their property.
