I had the initial enquiry for stopping smoking and Ray was great with communicating with me to let me know what the process was and trying to accommodate a time.
I was a little sceptical about hypnotherapy but I really had reached the point where it was the only option.
It worked and its been 2 weeks and not even thought of having one. It really has changed my life i was at the point of smoking 20-30 a day.

Ray called me about an hour after i asked for an hypnotherapist and he told me that he could stop me smoking after just one appointment if I strongly wanted to stop i was skeptical but thought right Im going to give it a go . Ray was brilliant very professional and made me feel at ease all the way through . Being hypnotized was really strange but but not scary or anything like that you still know whats going on .
