Stay away!
Cheap services - our buyer just pulled out because the process was taking almost 6 months for CHAIN FREE sale because of Hedleys useless solicitors (in our case Lisa Copeland-Carr)!
They wouldn't return the agent and our solicitor's calls and sat on the documents for MONTHS. We wasted our time and money, paying the mortgage and charges for an empty house that now has to go back to the market because of the incompetency of this company. Pretty sure they accept hundreds of cheap cases and just can't deliver anything

I used Hedleys as recommended by Taylor Wimpey buying my new build. This was only my second purchase and Hedleys were excellent explaining how everything worked and keeping me on track when I got conflicting dates and info from the house builder. The price was extremely competitive and all the paperwork was spot on. We used Hedleys for a first time buy and had a really good experience. From start to finish it took Just over 6 weeks for us to get our keys which I think is a reasonable amount of time. They were always helpful when I rang and always answered my queries. They assured me that they were trying to get things done as quick as possible which was nice to know and on completion day they rang fairly early to tell us what was going on. Kept constantly updated on progress of conveyancing throughout. Documents were sent out and processed on return exceptionally quickly, and all communication was answered well within 24 hours.
Staff always friendly and professional when encountered in person or over e-mail.
My offer for the property was accepted on February 16th and - largely due to the hard work of the conveyancing department - I picked up the keys for my new home from the estate agent on April 16th.
Would highly recommend Hedleys to anyone looking for a conveyancer. An extra big thank you to Lisa Copeland-Carr and her team for helping make the process of buying my first property quick and stress free!
