Fantastic job by Peter today. Oven & combi microwave look like new & sparkling. Peter also replaced the bulb with an extra charge of £5. 00 - very grateful as I couldn’t manage to reach it. Arrived on time, polite & courteous & explained how he was going to clean & treat combi microwave & single oven. great job. I booked an oven clean which Chalfont cancelled on the day and I re-booked for today (12/12/23) only to have the booking cancelled again. Service on the phone is poor and the person cancelling offers an apology whilst chuckling at the same time. Not sure how anyone has been successful in getting this company to actually turn up. This is the first time I have used Chalfont Oven Cleaning. Having moved in recently I was aghast at the state of the hob and oven we had inherited. I am convinced it hadn't been cleaned in years.
