I moved into a new home with my young children and called Jonathan from ASL locksmiths to come and change out all the exterior locks and put child security on all windows. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. Jonathan is very polite, courteous, punctual and tidy. Amazing service from ASL locksmiths, a person with a heart. We was offered free security check when I enquired about a few things with Jon which he offered for nothing. Then a few months later my son lost his door key right on the day before we was due to travel to spend time with a member of my family who is ill, I ask Jon he fitted me in straight away lock in stock on van and in what seemed a short time job was done, the old lock was wrong for my door which is why is was hard to lock and unlock, but now I have a new one the right size and fitted correctly and advised on security to keep us safe. This company is fantastic. Jon has been out twice now to replace locks and fix a broken lock. He is polite, courteous, and pleasant. Both times he's asked if I'd like him to take his shoes off before entering the property which is so unheard of and he's careful to clean any mess he makes. I highly recommend ASL Locksmiths. All work has been carried out promptly, pleasantly and to a very high standard. The porch door had been stuck shut and had to be forced open before a new lock could be fitted, it now opens/locks perfectly. I was very impressed in that they were at my doorstep within 30 minutes of my phone call to them, and I even stressed this wasn't even an 'emergency' job! The locksmith that saw me was very friendly and I got the impression he was one of the 'good guys' which are becoming rarer and rarer to find in this industry. I needed my front-door lock changed (long overdue) as the door was becoming increasingly hard to close/lock. He charged me the standard rate despite using additional parts and other challenges along the way - he could have easily have charged far more so I was chuffed. I locked myself out of my flat and all the windows were locked so I kicked the door in resulting in my lock being very damaged! I called A.S.L and Jon arrived very quickly, he cleared up the mess I had made and fixed the door and lock. Jon provides excellent rates and is very efficient, he was kind and friendly!
