Here at Amici Catering Co Ltd, we do not have a signature dish as each and every dish we produce always has our signature upon it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will consult about your likes, dislikes, favourite colours, smells and tastes, happy and re-memorable times with family and friends, seasonality, sustainability, surroundings and not forgetting the budget, what ever the budget we will bring you the best we possibly can.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the pleasure of the clients as their guests are full of awe and wonder at the food laid out before them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We want to en-part our passion and love of food upon our clients and guests.
