Dean came to my house to replace some washbasin taps. We agreed a time, he sent a text the day before his arrival in order to confirm the time. He came around dead on the time agreed, looked at the job, decided he could do it there and then and got on with it. Found out a cowboy plumber had put the wrong fittings in my water inlet pipe, causing leaks and almost flooding my kitchen. I gave Dean a shout and he sorted it out, replacing the flimsy plastic fittings with brass fittings. He is a perfectionist, staying a little while to ensure that the new fittings didn't weep and asking me to contact him if there is any issues.
