I learned more than 25 years ago, that I love helping people perform better and achieve more than they thought possible. I love helping fuel my clients' dreams, maximize their passion to take more action. The satisfaction is helping clients regain that self-belief that most of us have as children but sadly lose, or get forced to discard, is rather awesome!
I've worked for some good companies and for some good leaders. However, as the clarity of my life's purpose, and my commitment to remain 100% aligned to my values increased, I found I could not longer work for somebody else and betray my own dream.
I believe clients are best served by choosing a coach that is a good fit for their needs. I feel that a good connection is very important and that includes finding a coach that will be candid and challenge a client to help a client find their own best answers as we partner to help the client achieve their desired results.
Yes. I provide video session options mostly via Zoom, and via Google Meet on occasion. I use Google Drive to provide a shared, virtual "White Board," of sorts, during our sessions and to interact at any time in between.
Meeting face to face is always nice-especially for the introductory session, when clients are local. However, I have offered the convenience of video sessions and telephone calls for most of my nearly 13 years of coaching. Not only is the video option very similar to face to face, completely safe during COVID-19 and any other future health issues, it also allows nationwide and international clients to access my services and for me to be of service to a greater number of people desiring help!
