Short-term treatment includes highly effective and proven modalities; Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness & Meditation. Our work together will be results oriented. Between session practice and daily interaction expedite progress. I work with teens 16 and up, adults and seniors. I am deeply compassionate, supportive and respectful. The foundation of our work together is built on acceptance and loving-kindness. I will "hold" your hand and encourage you as needed. I love what I do. It is so rewarding to watch people get happier in a short period of time. The combination of the modalities that I use are highly effective, and I am grateful that I can bring my passion for mindfulness and meditation to my work and help people stop suffering.
I was classically trained, but I always felt that something was missing in the work. I do not believe in diagnosing as I focus on my client's potential and strengths. In general, standard therapy focuses on the past. I found that type of work fuels the old neural pathways and often has people leaving a session feeling worse. I focus on current behaviors and results. I have trained for over 10 -years in mindfulness & meditation and currently teach at Mindfulness Meditation Centers. I started my own practice, so I could work in a way that was in alignment with my beliefs.
I offer positive results in a short period of time. I focus on current behaviors and help clients break long-held habit patterns and develop new neural pathways. I use an incredible program that in just 90-days dramatically reduces anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, and shame. I am deeply compassionate and devote myself to each client to help them reduce their destructive emotions and meet new goals.

Before starting The Thrive Programme, I dealt with a lot of social anxiety and really low self-esteem. As a teacher, it made things tough—constantly worrying about what people thought of me, especially in social settings at work. It was exhausting, and I knew I needed to make a change, but I didn’t know how. Going through The Thrive Programme helped me see how much my own thoughts were fueling my anxiety.
