Our goal at Blessing Coaching is to help couples grow in a healthy way. We strive for happiness and endless results of joy! But most importantly we want nothing but blessings for everyone we come in contact with.

We provide individual, couple and family therapy. All of our clinicians are licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and credentialed in the state of Ohio. We have flexible hours including evening and weekend times available. We can usually fit you in the schedule within 7 days. We are available via telehealth statewide or you can visit the office in the Cincinnati, Ohio suburb of Sharonville.

Eric has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Otterbein University. He believes in the holistic approach to counseling individuals and couples. Eric values the integration of body, mind, and spirit. He has taken a special interest in working with couples. Our therapists have many years of experience, lots of professional training and we tend to use humor when appropriate. We know the professional relationship is important and must work in order for you to feel comfortable. We recognize that making the decision to reach out was difficult.

I specialize in loss and traumatic memories of all kinds, along with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. I also see therapy as a collaboration. Using CBT, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and others, I work with each client to find the approach they feel is right for them and to build a safe, genuine connection. I became a therapist because I believe that we all have a story--and that therapy can help us see our stories in new ways and change them for the better.
