My COUNSELING STYLE is clear and direct. I listen to your story, then offer observations. I am results-focused. I give you homework to help you make small steps towards actual change in behavior, which in time will amount to big changes. I identify the motivations for your behavior, rather than focusing solely on the behavior - this can often be a breakthrough in helping you and your partner to actually change.

For the last 25 years I have been passionately teaching seminars and counseling couples to empower them to have satisfying, enduring and fulfilling love. I have a private practice in Longmont and Boulder, and offer a free 30 minute consultation online or in person. My husband Michael and I teach seminars as a couple, modeling the tools and skills for enrichment and healing. We offer a free 2.

My husband and I attended a 2 day workshop with Robin and Mark. We had been married 22 years and were seeing many couples getting divorces. Our relationship was strong, but we wanted to make sure we were still on the right track. We loved how effective the tools are and how easy they are to implement. I wish we had these skills earlier in our marriage. Everything was also very private. Any discussions or opportunities we had to explore the tools were done between the two of us, with assistance as needed. No one needs to worry that they will have to speak to the group about an issue. It was a very safe environment and very comfortable for those who are not comfortable with the idea of "therapy". If you want to improve your communication with a loved one I strongly recommend giving their workshops a try.

I have worked with Dan for years as a co-meditation leader. I have the utmost respect for his abilities and insights into the needs of another. He is astounding in that he can have such compassion and articulation and a softness about him. Within this he is also one of the most masculine strong men I have ever met. It is a rare gift to embody both, and hopefully more men can embody such a state. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for growth in their own life or within their relationship.

I support individuals & couples using mindfulness, somatic and experiential techniques that access deeper material than is usually accessed through traditional talk therapy alone. I have substantial experience working with trauma, grief, depression and relationship issues. Entering into therapy is a courageous step and I am committed to supporting you on every step of your journey.

The thought that your spouse could be cheating on you is devastating. Making assumptions can stressful. you are absolutely certain your partner is cheating on you. You’ve recognized the signs. Now you want proof. Thanks to constantly-evolving tech, while it’s never been easier to cheat, it's also that much easier to catch the cheats. I read a review about an hacker whose job is clone a target phone and get you information such as Facebook, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Messages, among others from the phone. I contacted him about my spouse phone and was shocked when I got to see text messages, iMessages, deleted messages etc from her phone. Without touching her phone I recommend Januscloudhack @ Gmail com for all your spy and hack related issues
Hi, I’m Anna.

I'm a body-based counselor and a dance/movement therapist, but you might also call me a relational problem-solver, cheerleader of your own wisdom, and nonstop-believer-in-you.
I help people who know – deep down – that there is so much more love, growth, and joyful expansion possible in their lives, especially their intimate relationships.

I help people who long to feel at peace and connected to themselves and others, but who are stuck in deep-rooted (yet outdated) ways of being. They're still acting like the person they learned to be a long time ago – often for brilliant reasons of survival – except it’s no longer working. I help people who want to grow and expand into their full potential in sexuality, intimacy, love, and life, but their fear responses and old learned patterns keep them playing and living small.
I love working with both couples and individual clients to connect them with their bodies and their deeper intuitive knowing, so they can make transformative changes toward big healing on all levels of their lives. I guide them to find safety and insight within themselves so that they can begin to rely on their own inherent inner wisdom – so they can become the fullest version of themselves.
I hold a Master's degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy, from Naropa University in Boulder CO. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a Registered Dance Movement Therapist with the American Dance Therapy Association.
I believe in a holistic approach to counseling and have sought out additional training to address multiple aspects of healing (in addition to my first love, the body!) – this includes training in Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy, Somatic Trauma Healing, DBT Facilitator Skills, Somatic Abolitionism, Nature-based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
My clinical internship during graduate school was with West Pines Behavioral Health, in an outpatient mental health setting. I led Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups for adults with moderate to severe mental health challenges, where I learned how incredibly helpful DBT skills can be for everyone looking to live a life worth living.
After graduation, I went on to serve at West Pines Behavioral Health, as a case manager in Lutheran Medical Center's outpatient facility. My prior experience in this field includes work as a Recovery Coach for young adults in early recovery from drug addiction, as well as psychoeducational work with at-risk teens, empowering them to make informed choices about the impact of drugs and alcohol.
Now, I am a therapist in private practice at Embodied Relationships Counseling Center, in Lafayette Colorado. I am dedicated to supporting couples and individuals to deepen their intimacy and personal empowerment through embodiment. I see clients whose main concerns are around sexuality and relationships, as well as those who are looking for support with anxiety, depression, and stress management.
My approach to sex and relationship therapy is open-minded, sex-positive, and nonjudgmental. I am passionate about supporting people to find healing in all forms of relationships, including polyamorous and LGBTQIA+ relationships.
When I work with people in support of anxiety, stress, depression, and personal growth, I use mindfulness, body-based explorations, and practical coping skills to support each person's inborn wisdom and tendency towards healing and wholeness. Learn more about my approaches in therapy here.
I currently have availability for video sessions on Tuesdays through Saturdays, and in-person mask-optional sessions Wednesdays through Fridays.
