Hello! I'm Kevin Nahai. I help people solve challenges in their lives and create new results through a combination of Therapy and Coaching. My guidance is structured, practical, and direct. I allow my clients to contact me outside of our regularly scheduled sessions, for no additional cost, for on-the-spot support and check-in's. I am a marriage and family therapist specializing in: couples, anxiety, intimacy, depression, recovery ( sex /love/ codependency and substance), and trauma. I also specialize in working with people struggling with mystery and invisible illness and chronic pain. I work well with eating disorders ( binge, purge, anorexia and bulimia or disordered eating ) and can provide ideas to soothe and calm the nervous system .

In my opinion, there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection. The connection built between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and growth.
