The staff is knowledgeable and informed, the equipment is state of the art, and the facility itself is the best I've encountered. This is a superb workout space with ample room for large groups to workout together without feeling cramped or competing for equipment. The training staff is both willing and able to tailor the workouts to the strengths and weaknesses of their clients in a way that brings quick and lasting improvements in both strength and technique. I consider my membership an excellent investment in my long-term health and well being

the club is big and new, there are alwasy machines available, the pool looks nice and the locker rooms are really nice, though the lighting is awful for doing your make-up! One thing I will say is pass on the "free" personal training session you get when you join. I knew it would be a sales pitch, but holy cow, talk about PUSHY. I was compleatly offended with the sales girls tactics. She wanted to know why I couldnt afford it and why I wouldnt post date a check to her. Why I wouldnt be able to afford in in a month etc... I feel bad for the people I see sitting at her desk now. Other than that the club is nice and I would say go for it, do some negotiating though, I saved on my monthly dues and up front by playing hard to get.

Power Body is simply one of the best gyms in Seattle. I have been seeing Nikolai for one-on-one personal training sessions for over two years and in that time my strength has increased, I have more stamina for cardiovascular exercise, and my overall health and well-being has improved tremendously. His personal training sessions are super effective and I would recommend Power Body to anyone interested in getting a great workout. One of the things I appreciate most about Nikolai's approach is that he's quite patient and clear. I don't have much natural body awareness and I tend to do exercises in all the wrong ways but, thankfully, Nikolai is great at showing me how to move properly and he is incredibly patient with me when it takes some time to get the exercises down right. Additionally, he's very accommodating and willing to modify exercises to account for old injuries. I have noticed that I'm much more toned than ever before I doubt that I could have ever gotten to this place without his guidance and support. I had a number of trainers before I found Nikolai and my sessions with them were nowhere near as effective, motivating, or fun. Nikolai is an amazing trainer and I recommend him and Power Body to anyone that wants to take charge of their health. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed!
