This place is perfect for me. It's not crowded (I usually go weekday mornings), a good variety of machines which are all in good condition, not noisy. It seems to cater to an older crowd (including me), but it could be different outside work hours. I see a few younger folk there who appear to be serious about exercise. It doesn't have the ambiance of a Gold's Gym, which is great by me. Neighbors who attend classes there speak highly of them.I really like the towel service the gym provides. The locker room and showers are clean. Odd that they don't provide soap or shampoo, though.Free wifi. TVs usually have the volume turned off (yeah!).
