We do rope climbs, monkey bars, pipes, spear throws... he has so many cool things to play with - things you won’t find at any other gym. I’ve trained with Coach Sokol since 2011 when I hired him to help me pass my first KB certification. He is by far THE BEST in the fitness industry. Since then I’ve participated in several of his KB and Barbell programs and can’t get enough. He is so motivating and inspiring and is an incredible educator. I’ve referred so many friends to Jeff and they have been beyond wowed by his coaching and commitment to their progress. I could go on and on. If you’re considering hiring Coach Jeff just do it.
