I took his sensorimotor workshop for fitness professionals (I help run an adaptive rowing program in NYC), and it was outstanding. Packed full of helpful information, including tools and activities I can immediately incorporate into programming with little to no additional equipment needed to get started. It is very obvious he loves what he does, and I appreciated his enthusiasm and communication when I contacted him to set up the workshop. First, I work one-on-one via the initial client assessment to help clients identify and set their fitness goals. Next, we work towards those goals through workout and nutrition programming via the app included in your training package - ticking boxes daily! Finally, a key to reaching and maintaining fitness goals is consistent follow-up via Check Ins and communciation via the messaging feature in the app - I am here to help troubleshoot any barriers to success and to make sure we are hitting your goals!
While there is no "secret", working with a trainer to identify what "the body of your dreams" is and how to get there is key. We develop a "Plan of Attack!" Once we have a good plan in place, ticking off the boxes in the app daily (consistency!) is critical, as well as staying focused on your goal. Enjoy movement and your journey!
In addition to Personal Training, I am a full-time lawyer. As you can imagine, the job is very stressful and time consuming. However, fitness gives me energy, confidence, and power throughout my daily life! I want to help people - even those with busy "day jobs" like mine - fit fitness into their lives. Currently my services are provided 100% online. With every program, I include full access to the an app called "Trainerize" completely free of additional charge to the client. Trainerize is linked to the MyFitnessPal (free) app to track nutrition. Clients can do their workouts at home or in a gym (or both), depending on their preference. The app includes your daily workout and cardio assignment, nutrition, goals, and video examples of each and every exercise assigned. The app also includes messaging capabilities and notes on workouts for us to go over together.
My services are provided fully online, so clients can workout from home safely, if they prefer!
