For years Drew and staff have tried to tell me how important the proper diet is in Weightloss, and getting the results I want from working out, but I’m stubborn and have never really tried to change. When I was a younger man 20, & 30’s I could generally workout and still lose weight. Now in my late 40’s I have finally thrown in the towel. A couple months back the gym put out a eating plan, shopping list and a 6 week challenge and I really went for it. I read and followed the instructions which were really not that hard and stayed to a 2 to 3 times a week work out routine & went from 292 to 258 in about 6 weeks. I’m continuing to follow the program and am doing well. With a busy life 6 kids, work, vacation it can be a struggle. But what’s nice is I printed out the whole program and have continued to get back on or start a week again. My family is eating better and I no longer have hardly and aches and pains in my knees and feet .
