I've been going here for a while now and I love this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, so if I feel lost or confused about some of the equipment I always have someone to help. This is a small facility, so once in a blue moon you'll have to wait to use some machines but never a long wait. Everything is very well maintained and clean. They have a ton of things for the kids as well as various classes, so I absolutely recommend this gym. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

The gym itself is ok, I always see someone cleaning something as far as the staff goes. My only wish is that they would enforce people to clean the equipment after they use it!! Rarely do I see anyone wiping down the machines when they are done, I’ve even seen people talking to staff members and then walk away from the machine without cleaning it! Just NASTY
